Former GOP NC Governor Pat McCrory is in a bit of a rough spot! Poor guy can’t seem to get a job because of his connection of the hugely unpopular State Bill HB2, which is also known as “The Bathroom Bill.” Well, that’s what you get for being a bigot, McCrory. Boo f*cking HOO!
When speaking to a Christian news site called the World recently, McCrory said that his reputation was “ruined” by “political correctness.”
If you disagree with the politically correct thought police on this new definition of gender, you’re a bigot, you’re the worst of evil,” he told the site’s podcast. “It’s almost as if I broke a law.”
Clearly, the man has a very warped sense of reality.
If you’re not familiar with the bigoted ex-governor’s equally, if not more, bigoted HB2, the bill, which passed in 2016 and was signed by then-Gov. McCrory, rolled back protections for LBGT people in North Carolina with the provision requiring people to use the public restroom associated with the gender on their birth certificate being perhaps the most talked about. The bill quickly became a national disgrace and is probably the reason that McCrory lost his election in November.
Now the big crybaby is complaining that the bill has made it difficult for him to find a job, (Again…Boo f*cking HOO!) and in an interview Monday evening with News Observer he claims HB2 “has impacted me to this day, even after I left office. People are reluctant to hire me, because, ‘oh my gosh, he’s a bigot’ – which is the last thing I am.”
He did go on to say:
I’ve currently accepted several opportunities in business to do work that I’d done prior to becoming governor in consulting and advisory board positions, and I’ve also been exploring other opportunities in academia, nonprofits and government. And I’ll hopefully be making some of those decisions in the near future.”
He doesn’t say who he’s accepted this consulting work with, but he was sure to add that he’s “had ongoing discussions with the Trump administration, but at this point in time nothing has come to fruition” and said that he thinks Trump is a “breath of fresh air.”
He sounds perfect for Trump’s administration. Don’t worry, McCrory. We’re sure he’s probably got a spot for you. After all, there seem to be numerous openings these days.
