Donald Trump and his team have done so much to piss off Americans that even the former members of his team are still on everyone’s sh*t list.
Recently, Hollywood A-lister George Clooney shocked everyone at the Toronto International Film Festival by going on a brutal rant about Trump’s former right-hand man, Steve Bannon. Trump’s former White House aide, who used to be an executive producer in Hollywood, has apparently left quite the impression and Clooney wants him to know that there’s no room for him now that he’s out of Trump’s administration.
Bannon had produced 19 films since the 1990s, and most of them were failures (much like his involvement in Trump’s presidency). Clooney made reference to this in his comments, where he stated that the former producer and CEO of Breitbart would be begging for his help if Bannon were still interested in getting into the Hollywood spotlight. Expressing his absolute hatred of Bannon, Clooney made it perfectly clear that if Bannon was still considering giving the big-screen a shot, he should think again. Clooney said:
Steve Bannon is a failed f*cking screenwriter, and if you’ve ever read (his) screenplay, it’s unbelievable. Now, if he’d somehow managed miraculously to get that thing produced, he’d still be in Hollywood, still making movies and licking my ass to get me to do one of his stupid-ass screenplays.”
Clooney, who despises Bannon’s Breitbart site, also didn’t hold back when talking about Trump’s administration and Bannon’s connection to it. As Breitbart has regularly criticized Clooney’s political views, Clooney sent a clear message that he didn’t give a sh*t:
I’d be ashamed 10 years from now if those weasely little putzes, whose voices are getting a lot higher every week as this presidency starts to look worse and worse weren’t still (after me).”
