The Supreme Court of the United States voted 4-3 to uphold the University of Texas-Austin’s affirmative action program. Justice Anthony Kennedy joined Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor in the ruling.
Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Samuel Alito filed dissenting opinions. So did Conservatives throughout the Internet. Many Twitter users saw this ruling as an attack on white people.

Another Twitter user determined that the ruling was “discriminating against Whites” while he missed the entire point.

This Little Feller thinks it’s racist to not allow discrimination against African-Americans.
Race-based affirmative action upheld. SCOTUS rules 7-3 in Texas case. Institutional racism enshrined. #TCOT

Comments at Breitbart –that utopia for Trump’s ‘uneducated voters’ — poured in. (You can click the images to enlarge them).
This commenter writes, “How about thousands of white Americans storm the Supreme Court and refuse to leave until congress passes legislation ending the practice of what is now legal discrimination?” “We must fight back. They do this because they know there will be no outrage or fallout,” he adds.
Another commenter writes that Black people “consistently lag behind all other races in any test of intelligence.”
“Blacks don’t care as long as whitey gets what’s coming to him,” another reader wrote without one bit of irony.
Another writes that the Justices are ‘perverts.’ We have no idea why. He also said that three of the Justices are ‘lesbians.’ Again, no idea how he made that determination but it should be irrelevant anyway. Hello?
Racism will go away if we don’t focus on it, according to one of Breitbart’s genius readers. Sssh! If we don’t talk about it, it doesn’t exist, right?
“Diversity means lowered standards, otherwise it means nothing at all,” another reader wrote.
We hate to break it to him but the definition of diversity is, “the quality or state of having many different forms, types, ideas, etc. The state of having people who are different races or who have different cultures in a group or organization.”
The justices are “tyrants”
All of the commenters had one thing in common, aside from their racist leanings – they’re Trump supporters. Are you wearing your shocked face, too?
The SCOTUS is filled with ‘traitors’.
Here’s what really happened. The case involves Abigail Noel Fisher, a white student at the university. Apparently, Fisher’s mediocre grades held her back, not her race. In fact, there were 168 black and Latino students with grades as good as Fisher’s or better who were also denied entry into the university that year.
