The embarrassment stung so much that the Trump fan deleted his Twitter account, which is something Donald Trump should have done with his own account a long time ago.
When a Trump supporter tried to troll the President of Estonia on Twitter last weekend, he wasn’t expecting what happened next.
As we all know, Donald Trump has been threatening to pull the United States from NATO and cease all support to the coalition of nations that have been the cornerstone of American foreign policy since after World War II.
Trump claims that the Baltic states such as Estonia aren’t paying enough money into NATO to justify coming to their aid should Russia decide to pursue an aggressive stance toward Europe, which would be more likely if Trump ends U.S. involvement with NATO.
The problem is that Estonia agreed to pay 2% of their defense spending to NATO as part of the state’s entry into the pact and has indeed honored the agreement.
So Estonian President Toomas Ilves took to Twitter to tell Trump exactly that and to remind him that Estonia fought with Americans in Afghanistan.
Estonia is 1 of 5 NATO allies in Europe to meet its 2% def expenditures commitment. Fought, with no caveats, in NATO’s sole Art 5 op. in Afg

Apparently, at least one Trump supporter decided to troll Ilves and made a very big mistake by criticizing him for writing Twitter posts in English.
“Your the President of Estonia- why in heck are you tweeting in English? Use your own words MATE!” the Trump supporter wrote.
President Ilves was in no way obligated to respond to such trolling, but he did so anyway with devastating effect simply by pointing out the bad grammar.
Just in case you are curious, “quod erat demonstrandum” is Latin and according to the Cambridge Dictionary is “written or said after an argument to show that you have proved something that you wanted to prove.”
Basically, President Ilves corrected the Trump supporter in English and slammed him with Latin.
And the Trump supporter tucked his tail between his legs and never messed with Ilves or Estonia again.
