Trump’s “deportation force” has located yet another “bad hombre” to throw back across the border — an undocumented minister who has been in the country since age 11.
Jorge Ramirez has been locked up in a detention facility since Trump’s immigration officials rounded him up in May. He says he supported Donald Trump for President, even encouraging his daughter (who is a citizen) to vote for The Donald.
Like everyone else who backed Trump, he is now experiencing his own personal betrayal. Ramirez supported Trump because his “conservative religious beliefs” almost demand that he be a Republican.
“Trump said, ‘Let’s keep all the good people here and all the bad people out,’” Ramirez says, adding that he isn’t sure why he is targeted because The Donald promised that only criminals who had previously been ordered to go would be deported.
“That’s great, but I’m here,” Ramirez said of his detention. “If I’m here, anybody can be here. I’m not saying I’m the best person in the world, but I’ve tried to live a good life.”
You might think this would be a wake up call for Ramirez, but his hatred of Democrats and his irrational belief that he has to support the GOP’s agenda because he’s a Christian allow him to be simultaneously in support of, and fucked by, the GOP’s policies.
“Everything that he’s said against immigrants — it’s not that I’m in favor, but bad people don’t belong here,” Ramirez said. “In order to make America great, you have to have people contributing to this country.”
While one might otherwise feel sympathy for Mr. Ramirez, he asked for this. Literally asked for this. He told people, including his children, to ask for this.
This is the mind of the fanatical Trump supporter — impervious to reason and still willing to back him completely even when his presidency harms them personally.

John Prager is an unfortunate Liberal soul who lives uncomfortably in the middle of a Conservative hellscape.
Prager spends much of his time poking Trump’s meth-addled, uneducated fans with a pointy stick and is currently writing a book of muskrat recipes (not really) as well as putting together a scrapbook of his favorite death threats. His life’s aspiration is to rule the world with an iron fist, or find that sock he’s been looking for.
