Phyllis Schlafly, who fought against abortion and the Equal Rights Amendment, died on Monday. She was 92-years-old.
Schlafly founded the Eagle Forum in 1972, a pro-family conservative group, that concentrated on turning our country back a century or two.
“Phyllis Schlafly spent an astounding 70 years in public service of her fellow Americans,” said the Eagle Forum in a statement. “Her focus from her earliest days until her final ones was protecting the family, which she understood as the building block of life. She recognized America as the greatest political embodiment of those values. From military superiority and defense to immigration and trade; from unborn life to the nuclear family and parenthood, Phyllis Schlafly was a courageous and articulate voice for common sense and traditional values.”
I know this is the part where I should be oozing with compassion, but she is best known for her successful 1973 campaign to stop the passage of the Equal Rights Amendment. She fought against rights for the LGBTQ community, too. Her Twitter timeline shows that she promoted Donald Trump, while trampling over the rights of all Americans. We are supposed to be equal. Schlafly never got that. She’s dead now. Let me pull out of tiny violin and play a song for her. OK, I’m done!
The anti-feminist crusader wrote a book titled, “Who Killed The American Family?”
“Women like to marry a man who makes more than she does,” she explained on a show, “so then she can take time off and work fewer hours when she has something she’d rather do like have a kid and look after her children. So the pay gap, really, is something that women like.”
Schlafly was wrong but at least she was consistent.
That’s just the short list, but you get the point. We don’t know how she died. It’s only being reported that she’s dead. That’s one less vote for Donald Trump. We wish her family the best, but as for Schlafly, she was not a good person. While my words may seem mean, she wasn’t compassionate in life so in death, I’ve run out of fucks to give her, but to her family members, we wish them well. I, too, have crazy family members.

Conover makes tea partiers cry as a hobby. She was Commander of Jade Helm15 during the failed takeover of the South. She’s also one of the biggest arseholes on Twitter. At night, she can be found drinking Conservative tears while pulling off the wings of flies just because she can. She is the founder of a Marxist, Commie, Maoist, Socialist site and has contributed to several other sites, blah blah blah. She is an awful person but she doesn’t like to brag about that.
